This easy frozen Strawberries & Cream Yogurt Bark for Kids is a quick and healthy snack they'll love. It only takes two ingredients to make. Not sure you can get any easier than that for us Moms out there.
Serving: Happy Kids
Size: Break into small pieces or size of choice; Great for an after-homeschool snack or healthy treat anytime!
Ingredients:
- 24oz. Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 bag of Frozen Strawberries (you can use fresh, dried or whatever you'd prefer)
Instructions:
1. Line a pan with sides with parchment paper and spread evenly with yogurt. Make sure it's not too thin. You don't want it to break easily.
2. Sprinkle in your mix. In our case it's strawberries, but you can mix in whatever you'd like.
3. Freeze for a few hours until completely frozen. Ours took about 4 1/2 hours for an 8" square pan. Remove the frozen yogurt from the pan and peel off wax paper. Break into pieces any size you'd like.
The kids loved this treat and thought they were getting "candy or dessert." It's lightly sweetened and perfect on a Spring day. Just remember, the yogurt melts fast so these are best eaten right away!
