It’s a love story right out of the movies. A fun, fuzzy fruit from the Caribbean meets a milk chocolate bar in our grocery shopping cart, and the rest is coffee table history. We scooped the rich, floral coconut from its shell. Then we added decadent, sweet chocolate flavor and sugar cookie mix to make Barnie's Love Coconection Cookies.
The refreshing coconut flavor and chocolatey smoothness make this Love Coconection Cookie as simple and elegant as true love’s first kiss. It's a Chocolatey Coconut Match Made in Heaven for your Sweetheart in your life!

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar Cookie Mix
1 stick of Butter
3 Tablespoons of All Purpose Flour
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips
1 cup of Coconut Flakes
1. Let's make our Sugar Cutout Cookies by first heating up the oven to 375 degrees. 350 degrees for those using a non stick cookie sheet.
2. Stir the flour into your dry cookie mix in a Medium bowl. Add softened butter and your egg. Stir until the dough forms.
3. Add your mini chocolate morsels and coconut flakes and stir until mixed well. Then form balls of dough to roll on your floured surface until 1/4 inch thick.
4. Cut with your 3 inch heart shaped cookie cutter. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are a light golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet and serving. Store in airtight container to keep fresh.
