Barnie's Coffee is dreaming of a Santa's White Christmas 365 days a year!
And... guess what? This year Publix has decided to create the special ice cream even earlier for the Holiday Season approaching us rather quickly. It's true, just last week, we snagged a half gallon of the Publix Santa's White Christmas Holiday Ice Cream and made a cookie sandwich out of it that's sure to please everyone.
Have you heard of this deliciousness you can find on your frozen aisle at your neighborhood Publix?
Ingredients:
Santa's White Christmas Ice Cream
Bakery Cookies of your choice ( we chose the caramel Heath Bar Cookies from Publix Bakery, but any of their baked cookies could be fantastic)
Instructions:
1. Gather all ingredients, plus an ice cream scooper and you're ready to Treat Yourself.
2. Scoop one or two scoops of your Santa's White Christmas Ice Cream onto one side of one of the cookies. Take the other cookie and place it on top to form your sandwich.
