Earthy with a Creamy Smoothness

It was so deliciously unexpected. We were sifting through an orchard of Indian pistachio trees. As we scooped a heaping spoonful of our favorite vanilla treat, it clicked. This earthy richness and that slinky sweetness were going into our morning mug. We packed our rucksack with pistachios, cracked and pulverized the seeds, whipping some vanilla extract into the mix. Then we sprinkled it all over our Barnie’s Blend coffee beans. The summertime blues had met their match.
