First, try to log into your Barnie’s Coffee Account and manage your subscription. Here you can change the products in your subscription and the frequency of when your coffee will be sent.

Try to log in to check your order status. Usually, Barnie’s Coffee will send you an email once the shipping label is created to let you know we are working on your order. An email will then be sent to you once it leaves our production center and is now in the hands of our third-party carriers. At this time your product is either with USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex depending on the choice you made at checkout. We can usually track your order from the third-party main website tracking after it has left our Production & Distribution Center.

First, try contacting us at marketing@barniescoffee.com so we can get to the bottom of why the discount isn’t working. It could be that the disclaimer to the promotion does not include already discounted items or bundles, or perhaps it’s for a specific product like our UCF coffees, or perhaps it’s for one of the newest Limited Time Offers of a new flavor. If the discount isn’t working currently, it’s either due to it not being eligible for the discount since they are usually automatically at checkout.

Yes, try contacting us through our wholesale inquiry form online with your company name, phone number of contact, and what you ’re looking for, and someone from our sales team will respond with the information on products and pricing.

It’s possible that the item in your cart is not part of the sale. There are particular products that have already been discounted because they are in bulk or bundle format and we do not offer discounts on already discounted items. It’s possible the FLASH SALE is only for a few hours and the 30% is only valid during those hours of the day. Most sales do not have a specific code associated with it and will be automatically offered at checkout.

Only Santa's White Christmas coffees contain sugar. Each contains 0.192 grams per 6 ounce serving.

All of Barnie's coffees have 1 gram of carbs per 6 ounce serving. However, the addition of sugar and/or creamer will increase the carb count.

Coffee has between 57 and 67 mg of caffeine per 6 ounce serving. Decaf coffees are between 95% and 99% caffeine free.

Yes, all of our coffees are free of allergens and gluten. :)
